Color of the Month | Sherwin Williams Tassel
The festive season is almost upon us. Thanksgiving is later this month and therefore felt only fitting to feature a seasonal color in preparation. Over the years we have used a wide variety of colors in our interior design projects and love to feature confident color schemes. Among them is this month’s color! We’re featuring Sherwin Williams Tassel (SW 6369) as our Color of the Month!
Sherwin Williams Tassel (SW 6369) is classified as a deep orange shade with yellow undertones, giving any interior a playful warmth. It truly gives any space a warm and playful look and feel. Plus – it can be used in a variety of ways in the home!
Pairs Well With…
Sherwin Williams Aged White (SW 9180) and Olivia Oscuro (SW 9125).
We love how this warm and bold paint color pairs with neutral colors and other confident colors, too. Aged White (SW 9180) works extremely well with Tassel to act as a contrasting neutral paint color. However, if you prefer to have a more bold color palette in your home, then pair Sherwin Williams Tassel with another warm color like Olivia Oscuro (SW 9125) to create a balanced and confident color palette.
Both of these paint color options create a confident and well-rounded color palette that works throughout the home. These are both great paint colors to use alongside Sherwin Williams Tassel throughout the home!
How to use Sherwin Williams Tassel in your home…
Sherwin Williams Tassel is the perfect color for embracing a sense of playfulness and warmth in the home. It can be used as a wonderful all-over wall paint with neutrals for the trim work, while it could also be used as a feature wall too! We have used warm leather furniture in this family game room and library area (photographs featured in this article) to create a warm and elevated look.
This color works well in both light and dark rooms – watch the color come to life in sunny rooms, while a more intimate feel can be achieved in naturally darker rooms. It’s a wonderful color to use in home offices, living rooms, playrooms and kids bedrooms to create a playful look and feel.
Alternatively, it’s really easy to incorporate Sherwin Williams Tassel in your interiors through accessories, furniture, and art work. We love how this color is used with the “pairs well with” colors above!
